Draft: have a lawyer review before public launch
By using Unbroken you agree to these terms. The short version is the three ground rules below.
Zero tolerance for abusive content
Abuse, hate, threats, harassment and sexual content are not allowed anywhere in Unbroken: not in names, habits, anything you type or say, or anything you share. That includes the photos and comments you post. Offending content is removed and offending accounts are banned. Sexual content involving minors is reported to the authorities.
If you see something that breaks this rule, report it from the ⋯ menu in the app or tell us at support@dontbreakit.app. We review every report within 24 hours. You can also block anyone.
Self-reported data
Unbroken takes your word for what you did. Your runs, scores and ratings are self-reported. They are a game, not a record, and not proof of anything.
Not medical advice
Unbroken is not medical advice. It is not a doctor or a therapist, and nothing in it is medical, mental health or nutrition advice. Talk to a professional before you change your health routine. If you are in crisis or in danger, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line (in the US, call or text 988).
The AI coach
Coach messages, reports and the notes on ended runs are written by AI and are labelled “AI”. They can be wrong, and you should not rely on them for important decisions. The Savage tone is blunt and teasing. No tone swears.
Your account
You must be at least 16. You are responsible for the email account you sign in with. We may suspend or ban an account that breaks these terms. You can delete yours at any time in the app or on the account deletion page.
Your content
What you log and post is yours. You let us store and process it to run Unbroken, including showing your posts to the people you share them with and sending it to the processors listed in our privacy policy.
No guarantees
Unbroken is provided as is, without promises that it will always work or be free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using it.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app. Questions: support@dontbreakit.app.
